“Le Cupole“. The Domes: 2 bedrooms, spacious living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a relaxation tub. Entrance hall and garden.

“Le Terrazze“. The Terraces: 2 bedrooms, spacious living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, terraces and a garden with outside bath.

“La Dipendance“. The Suite: sleeps 2, small kitchen, bathroom, outside terrace.

The Captain’s House is available in its entirety or in part according to individual requirements. 

A daily cleaning service is included.

It all comes with a heating system for winter, air conditioning for summer, and a water purification system.

 

At the small harbour of Santa Maria close by, an historic 1950s felucca is available on request.

THE SETTING

The 3-storey house has unusually ample balconies looking over the small and ancient harbour of Santa Maria, and commanding a wide view of the Port of Ponza.

THE GARDEN

The house is surrounded by garden extending over 500m2, featuring an Italian pine and a centuries-old oak tree.

THE INTERIORS

The refurbishment aims to bring out the particular character of the island architecture, enhancing the fabric with technological facilities and contemporary designer furniture.

SOPHISTICATED DESIGN

The original characteristic features have been maintained: the bright colours of the fascias around the walls of the rooms, discovered during refurbishment under various layers of paint; the marble-chip pavements with geometric designs; the wooden fixtures; and the ample white vaults.
